A two-day long camp on programming held at University of Creative Technology Chittagong on 26-27th July 2019.

Bangladesh Open Source Network (BDOSN) recently started implementing a project titled “Enabling Sustainable Development Goals of Bangladesh for 2030”. As a part of the project, they arranged “Grace Hopper Girls’ Programming Camp” at UCTC campus. The target of this camp is to increase the number of female participants in programming contest as well as to motivate female technologist to success in their career. In total 30 female students participated in the camp. After the camp, there was also an online programming contest.

Founder, Vice-chancellor and other members of UCTC were present in the closing ceremony on 27th July where they handed over the participation certificate to all members and prizes to the top 3 contestants. To maintain a student-friendly and career-oriented environment UCTC always encourages extra-curricular activities which help students to prosper in their life.
