The Academic Meeting of the University of Creative Technology Chittagong was held on 23rd March at the University campus and was chaired by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Zahid Hossain Sharif. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss various academic issues and concerns and to develop strategies for improving the overall academic experience for students. The meeting was attended by a number of distinguished guests, including the founder of the University, Mohammad Osman, and the deans of the school of science and engineering and the school of business, Professor Dr. Abdus Samad and Professor Dr. Solaiman, respectively. Also present were the head of the department of Civil Engineering, Professor Dr. Enamul Quadir, and a number of other department heads and coordinators from across the University. The meeting also saw the participation of Renown Professor Dr. Kaykobad, a nominee of the Board of Trustees, as well as the exam controller, Dr. Nurul Absar, and Professor Dr. Mohammad Jamal Uddin. The meeting began with a welcome address by the Vice Chancellor, who expressed his gratitude to all the attendees for their presence and contribution to the academic discussion. The discussion then moved on to various topics related to the progress of academic activities, curriculum design, class timing during Holy Ramadan, and the result publication of the Mid-term examination of Spring 2023. The meeting also provided an opportunity for the attendees to share updates on their respective departments and programs, and to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing their areas of specialization. The discussions were enriched by the presence of individuals from diverse fields, who offered different perspectives and insights into the various academic issues under consideration. Overall, the Academic Meeting of the University of Creative Technology Chittagong was a successful event that brought together a diverse group of individuals to discuss and develop strategies for improving the academic experience for students.
